PRODUCTS WE DISPLAY FOR SALE

Product and pack photos/images may in some circumstances differ slightly from actual. Also, devices may display colours with variations. We apply due diligence as much as is reasonably practicable to ensure that images of items for sale and their packs give prospective buyers a clear representation of what is being sold.

Please note that products you buy from us are intended only for lawful use and not to be used in breach of any health or safety statute or warning given in relation to them; and that you will not supply products bought from us to any third party for unlawful use.

BUYING FROM US

First check it is the right product for you by checking the product information at the buying page and understand our terms of use.

You are deemed to have entered a transaction agreement or contract with us, when your placed order is acknowledged via an email from us. Within mainland UK, we will always do the utmost to get your paid for product across to you within the timeframe specified for the delivery.

Neither party shall be liable to the other for any failure to perform any obligation under any Agreement which is due to an event beyond the control of such party including but not limited to any Act of God, terrorism, Political insurgence, insurrection, uprising, war, riot, civil unrest, acts by civil or military authority, earthquake, flood or any other natural or man-made occurrence outside of our control, which causes the termination of an agreement or contract entered into, nor which could have been reasonably foreseen. PAYMENT

All major Credit/Debit Cards are acceptable methods of payment. All goods remain the property of Rockedge Ventures Limited until paid for in full.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY

Refunds for product purchase orders where you change your mind and do not wish to proceed with order.

Minimum 48 hours’ notice of cancellation required up to 14 days after the order has been placed. Notification for instance, in person, via email, and/or telephone, or any other means will be accepted subject to confirmation in writing.

If we have not already processed your order and not dispatched and you have given us notice within 14 working days of the date on which you place your order, you will be entitled to a full refund of your money.

If we have processed your order and dispatched to your address and you have given us notice within 14 working days of the date on which you place your order, you will be entitled to a full refund but bear the cost of postage/courier return to us. Please Note: we reserve the right to levy a £25 charge to cover any subsequent administrative expenses.

Where we unable to deliver your paid for order, we would notify you and issue a refund. For most goods and services bought online you have a legal right to change your mind within 14 days and receive a refund. These rights are under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

TERMINATION OF AGREEMENTS AND REFUNDS POLICY

Both the Client and Us have the right to terminate any Services/Transaction Agreement for any reason, including the ending of services/transactions that are already underway. No refunds shall be offered, where a Service/transaction fulfilment is deemed to have begun and is, for all intents and purposes, underway. Any monies that have been paid to us which constitute payment in respect of the provision of unused Services, shall be refunded.

DELIVERY OUTSIDE THE UK

For deliveries to destinations outside mainland UK, it is the buyer’s responsibility to check if there are any restrictions, tariffs, taxes and import related controls that may affect the delivery of the order. We have no control over these charges, and we cannot predict how much you will pay. It is the buyer’s responsibility to pay for such charges.
